Mrs Elliott, Brockington’s Learning resource Coordinator, would like to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the annual Brockington Book Fair last week.
The final sales total came to just over £1,000 which exceeded all expectations. This means that the book fair suppliers have awarded the school library a credit of £600.
The library is seeing record loans this year and some of the more popular books are starting to look a little tired despite their protective covers. We plan to use the credit to purchase replacements for these books so that the older copies can be gracefully retired.
