Where are you now?
Are you a former Brockington College student? We are really keen to reconnect with as many ex-students as possible to hear about your news and successes. We’d like to create displays about the achievements of our ex-students, as well as develop an alumni network to support current students. Our huge thanks to ex-student Natasha, for sharing her post Brockington story. Natasha will soon be qualifying as a Diagnostic Radiographer – huge congratulations! She credits her inspirational science teachers for giving her the confidence to pursue this career.
It doesn’t matter when you left Brockington College, whether you’re in further education or employment, whether you still live nearby or have moved further away; there are many ways you can get involved in becoming role models for current students, sharing your successes and highlighting the challenges you’ve encountered in your chosen career paths!
Here are just some ideas how you can help to support current students, which do not need to be onerous or time consuming.
- providing information about your achievements for us to use on publicity
- giving a a workshop, talk or an assembly
- providing work experience.
